One of the best in Ottawa! The staff is incredible, Aurora and Tiffany are absolute gems. The store is very clean and the prices are hella dope; super chill vibes. 10/10 keep up the amazing work! 🔥
I visited the store on their anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, so I decided to come back and I'm so glad I did! Spencer provided outstanding service and was incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the great customer care and absolutely love this store. Definitely coming back.
Been to pakalolo a few times and always have had a pleasant experience. Had a bad experience one time and management reached out and rectified the problem. It's really appreciated. Great shop all around. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean space, and a really good selection. Prices were fair and everything was clearly labeled, which made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. Quality was on point and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely coming back.
