Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!
I'm a regular here and I highly recommended this dispensary!
Have only had good experiences at this shop
Came in to buy a VOX PUFF VAPE CART, I asked for GRAPE, I open the container up in the car, whatcha know my cartridge SMELLS AND TASTES like blueberry, and even had a BLUE MOUTH PIECE indicating the flavour is blueberry. Seems like VOX PUFFS has a production problem on their end which I recognize, I was hoping it would be a new batch and their production error fixed.
The chick with glasses gave me a horrible disgusted attitude when I asked for a REFUND, tried to ARGUE ME on the product saying it's still grape flavouring and that the manufacturer ran out of the Purple mouth pieces. But eh the guy who spends 300 a month on this particular product doesn't know his smells and flavours apparently. I pay my hard earned money for the proper products in the packaging and all I wanted was the PROPER PRODUCT and was given a hard time about it. At the end of the day I am paying for a product with a Purple Mouth Piece as shown on the posters.
If a customer is unhappy with a product it should be REFUNDED, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, especially if it's a PRODUCTION problem, and should not matter how many times I've been in the store with this problem, the manufacturer is at fault at the end of the day.
This has nothing to do with the store OPAL, all stores are affected with this problem. The way she treated me gives your store a FAT 2 STAR REVIEW.
Great staff and very good prices I definitely recommend this store over the others in langford.
