Not paid review. Long story short, amazing staff and amazing products and everything was clear from the beginning. Thanks to the amazing nice girl at the front for making things so easy and well understood!
Like anyone else we checkout spots all around but honestly this is one place I'll never go to an horrible service no quality just another pot shop with no hospitality or customer service . There's better places around.that offer better. I'll stick to my usual where I'm greeted welcomed and always taken care off.
I was there last night and every time I've come here to pick up gifts for some of my people- The wonderful people in there are so so so so so so so so so so so down to earth. Every single time I've come in here they're so nice and you know what I have to say. Nowadays, customer service is at an all-time low, only a 4 bc I really needed to use a new washroom and I was told it's "broken"… I guess yall use diapers during your shift! I'm just joking I love you guys! 5/5 xx

Had the pleasure of meeting shaun and he showed me that his store northern fire is more than just edibles and pre rolls. I needed an alternative medicinal ointment for the pain in my knees as I have osteoarthritis and he so kindly walked me through what the different topicals, extracts and cbd products were. At first I wasn't too sure that it would make a difference but to my surprise it worked amazingly well. I put on all my family members struggling with the same problem I have and we love this shop. Highly recommend coming here! The staff is so warm and welcoming. They really do a good job at making you feel like family. Best place in Vaughan. Will be back very soon!!!!
