John, Jeff, Miranda & Nell (i hope i spelt that right) are the kindest and most helpful team. i shop at this location specifically for the staff, as they're so knowledgeable and friendly. although stock/inventory levels can sometimes be low (which is out of the teams control) they never let it impact them, and still recommend stellar products. 5 stars for all of the employees here!
Bought a faulty cartridge. Its been a few days and its leaking like crazy. Went in for a exchange and was told they couldnt do anything for me. Never coming back here. Wasted 40 bucks the first time and they made me pay another 40 bucks. Disappointing.
