Inconsistent service. Left me in the store alone waiting while he was outside with his friend and her dog for 5 minutes while I waited. Came back in and had a bad attitude when I expressed that it was a bit long to wait

This dispensary does nothing for costumer care. I have been going there for years now just went in to get some extracts and was sold something flavoured without being told it was flavoured. I first went back to exchange thinking I haven't opened it and in all my other experiences that would have been no problem. I shop at all the dispensaries in the area and have done this with no problems in other dispensaries and met with understanding. Not here they don't do returns or exchanges apparently. Now I'm left with a product I can't use and im down on my money. The whole experience was enough to say I would go elsewhere like anywhere else. Not going back and fully unsatisfied today!
I work for a dispensary, needless to say in that job I support all other cannabis stores locally and far from me if traveling. Including this business.
I have not had a bad experience in all the years of stores being legalized .
I have had customers come in to my store and return products within reason,
A legitimate reason would be that they bought a product they cannot use. An exchange or refund would be absolutely okay if the product was untouched and unopened
Especially if the said interaction has just been completed that day.
I am so very disappointed in my partners experience in this store and have now decided to not shop nor support this small town local business because of this experience and seeing how upset and disappointed this situation had caused. It appears to me to be lack of leadership and proper trained employees and care for customers experience
A repeat costomer over many years. So very unpleased and disheartened and want everyone to make sure to be aware of this store and not allowing refunds or exchanges. Shop anywhere else for a better experience ✨️ a store that care for their customer experience!
