Stumbled across this location walking from dinner to the mall for dessert and walked in. The staff on shift were all super friendly and welcoming.
The store appearance was great. Displays well stocked with plenty of merchandise. Clean and bright.
Outstanding service by Shivani 😀
Right when I got in, I was immediately warmly greeted, as soon as I let her know what I was looking for tonight she even gave me a recommendation and what she enjoyed (AND THIS is EXACTLY what I look for when I go into a place/restaurant looking for something good but don't know what)
Further, she also made sure I got everything, AND THEN, after loading my profile she managed to upsell me and hooked up a discount and got a second pack 😆 WOW! Outstanding job! Will come back JUST based off that experience!
Thank you so much Shivani! You honestly put the 'whipping cream' on top of a wonderful evening!
I stopped by the store and was greeted politely by Jesse. I was very impressed with their product knowledge and positive attitude. Jesse made a solid recommendation on a pre-roll which I was very satisfied with along with the other items I purchased.
Thanks for the great experience!
Just left imagine cannabis, and I had the best experience with IZZY. SHE'S SUPER FRIENDLY AND SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN JUST TO SEE HER AGAIN.
