On May 18th was such a horrible day imagine going into a store as a regular customer, being asked for my ID which I gave only to not be served but also to be kicked out of the store just because I didn't want the supervisor to serve me, because I was uncomfortable and didn't like her service. I was so appalled by CAM'S behaviour because I asked the supervisor if he could've served me instead because I keep having issues with her. He then proceeded to say I should leave the store because I'm causing a disturbance‼️‼️ ALLEGEDLY‼️‼️ All because I didn't want the "SUPERVISOR" to serve me because she could be so problematic‼️‼️‼️ I've never had any issues with no one else in the store but her. And CAM's behaviour also disappointed me knowing I've always worked with him. I WON'T BE COMING BACK especially if I have to work with those two. JUST DISPICABLE, Because I was being served by her all the time until I then proceeded to ask if Cam could've served me‼️‼️‼️ And as a customer it's my right to refuse service from one someone if I'm feeling uncomfortable. And as a SUPERVISOR how can you deny someone service even after they have followed PROTOCOL all because I deny service from HER and requested service from someone else‼️‼️‼️ I made a report to customer service and I'm still waiting for their response since a week ago. And I'm also Black, I felt as if the supervisor was being racist telling me that I won't be served because of my behaviour which to this day I'm still try ..
Josh & Cam are your best employees & I appreciate both of them. Personable, friendly, professional & prefer to be served by either of them. Support your solid employees & take care of good people.
Customer service is horrendous- the thin man who wears the mask doesn't have a clue how to speak to people. The other time, a new guy (seemingly) asked for my ID because "he doesn't know me" his words.
I'm around 40 and told him that generally you get ID'd if you look under 25 and chuckled. He made me take out my ID from my wallet after I showed it to him in the pouch…I couldn't stop laughing, what a power trip. Very strange choices for staff.
Plus they don't know their product.
