Looking for accessories and the stock count was 6 and they couldn't find 1. I was sold two separate items which cost $20 more.
I visited this dispensary hoping to get some help choosing a bong kit for gift. There were three options, but I could only see one clearly. When I asked for assistance, the staff member was visibly annoyed. She reluctantly opened the case, and when I asked to see another kit, she again seemed irritated with my decision. After she handed me the wrong kit, I had to correct her, and she just brushed me off, saying, that's not what I said that 'It doesn't matter.' Despite this, I went ahead and purchased one of the kit, but I left feeling really disappointed with the customer service. I hope they improve their approach.
Great local shop with an awesome vibe. HAVOK SMOKE always delivers excellent customer service and top-tier products. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and you never feel rushed. Whether you're new or experienced, they make the experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
HAVOK SMOKE is hands down one of the best cannabis and accessories stores I've visited. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They have an excellent selection of quality products, fair pricing, and a clean, well-organized store. Every visit feels smooth and professional. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a reliable cannabis shop.
The girl that works there isn't a great fit she can be a bit rude and unhelpful. It's quite weird…. Your job is to make the customer feel good and make sales. Please rethink your daily routine and how you approach customers that want to spend money. I've never been to this store and walked out happy it's just a few staff members that hangout in the back and then wake up when someone walks in and gives half fast customer service. Try playing some music or smiling, thank god the bald guy at least has some sense to show a customer a product without holding on to it. Yikes
