Great place but not so great staff. 8.30PM and apparently I interrupted her closing. Had to leave. Keep up the great attitude.
Had a great experience tonight at Harvest! The lovely little lady at the counter was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She gave great recommendations and stayed within my price range, great customer service.
I can't believe I even have to leave a review lmfao but I went in with my spouse to purchase craft flower AAA or AAAA+. I don't care that employees take hits or smoke weed on the hour, what causes it to be a bigger issue is being clearly disoriented. The clerk wasn't helpful with showing us options like we had kindly asked (insisted that it doesn't exist only to later say oh yeah ur right it does.) and we explained several times what AAA craft flower is!
We ended up having to leave with pre rolls because we couldn't trust that the product she selling us was AAAA+ and it became very uncomfortable to even ask for other options (would make faces at us or unnecessary commentary) . This is the second time an incident similar to this one happened to both my partner and I.
We won't be returning.

Until yesterday when I and my husband had a run in with a staff member who was staring him down as if he was going to jump him .Time was 3:42pm January 14th ,2026 If a manger could reach out that would be amazing
My favorite dispensary in KW. They always have what your looking for and you genuinely kind find nicer staff they're all the best
