Always a great visit at this store staff are always welcoming and smilling knowledgeable and never pushy I only recommend this store! Forgot my phone multiple times at this store its always keeped safe until I return to get it, honest staff great people good prices and fabulous Cannabis and products.
Great service, friendly staff and always well stocked with my choice of smoke. One of my favourite stores when I visit Sudbury.
As a frequent customer, I can confidently say that Grassroots Dispensary consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Not once have I had anything less than an amazing experience—every visit is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
As someone who really values specific strains and unique flavours, I truly appreciate the dedication this team puts in. A huge shoutout to David for always going above and beyond to make sure I can get exactly what I'm looking for—even if it's not currently in store. That level of commitment does not go unnoticed.
