Bro what happen i had 5 gs for you and you disappeared i need to hear this story
Nice customer service great workers very helpful very clean very honest
As a bud tender myself I just experienced the most easy going most comfortable non rushed informational pleasant transaction ever if I could put more kind words in here I would PHIL you need employee of the year cheerful upon my entry took time to help me find what I needed and made me leave happier than I was when I walked in. This guy makes you feel comfortable and really wants you to find what your looking for. Top tier bud tender should be running his own business
Okay so I used to go there all the time and was always served by a chilled black dude who is always welcoming and never fails to recommend me the good stuff but today a girl was at the cash who has zero knowledge on how to serve a customer. I asked for a specific pre roll that I bought at a cheaper rate somewhere else. When I asked her why her price was higher than other local cannabis store, she flipped at me and asked me to go buy elsewhere and that she doesn't care if her prices are higher. This came shocking as I was a regular customer and didn't have any problem paying extra due to my loyalty towards them. I told her that she came off rude and that I am a regular customer, she started throwing some random weird policy that I never heard before. I told her I knew the other guy who works here and she replied that she's the one who hired him. I am a representative at a renowned company and no way this lady qualifies a passing score in customer service, let alone a manager or whatever she claims she is.
There are other reviews mentioning this girl, If yall wanna pay 3 extra dollars in return for her trash behavior, I recommend you guys pay a visit.
I love going to dispensaries and meeting nice black people (I'm black btw) iykyk and he put me on to sine organic essential oils.
