Kat is amazing but not sure abt the tatoo girl The tatoo girl is moody and very rude, doesn't seem like she fits in for customer service!
Incredibly poor service - i asked for 3 vapes - was not given any choice or information on the products. The cashier made the decision for me, without asking any questions about my preferences, then tried to bill me out before I even knew what I was getting. Bizarre and extremely unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere
I used to love this store and its employees—Kat and the girl with long blonde hair are always great. Unfortunately, ever since the male employee with long hair started working here, I've had nothing but issues.
I went in to buy the Adults Only Missionary Mango DISPENSER and was mistakenly given a CART. When I politely pointed out the mistake, he insisted he had "clarified" with me (which is not true) and gave me nothing but attitude. He argued with me, said he was "running off 2 hours of sleep," and stated he was trying "not to go off on me" for simply trying to get the product I requested and asking him to speak with his boss. This man is about TWICE MY AGE and TWICE MY SIZE, which was completely unacceptable and intimidating.
Despite me repeatedly stating that I wanted a DISPENSER and NOT a vape product, he sold me a missionary mango disposable vape , forcing us to do a THIRD TRANSACTION just to finally get the product I originally asked for. What should have been a simple fix turned into a frustrating and disrespectful experience.
After years of being a loyal customer, I will not be returning if this is how customers are treated
On New Year's Eve I bought myself a nugs hash wrap for a New Year's Eve treat. when I got home and opened the package. It was in pieces and unable to be smoked nor re-rolled called the store with no answer today sent an email and the email address is no good. I went to the website and pressed contact and I filled out the appropriate information with no callback or reply still, it would be nice if someone would contact me, that was not cheap for it to fall apart in my hand. As a business owner, I would make this right thank you
Always such a great experience with Kat. She knows her stuff, she's easy to talk to, and she makes every visit feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
