Always friendly professional staff great suggestions and fast service. The store is clean and organized alot of room to maneuver around and look at the great variety of products they have.
UPDATE!! Costa Canna does fix issues. I was contacted immediately and offered an acceptable refund and discount. I appreciate the attention I was given. Thank you.(Staff should be knowledgeable about the product Costa canna sells.
My own fault for not checking the stats first I usually rely on the staff to make the decision easier and less complicated. Never again!!!!!! Purchased 4 seeds for 28 bucks and when I asked the clerk what the tch content would be he's like hmmm I think it's between 26-28. Well I was sold. Only to find out it's 17%. Fool me once shame on me. I won't trust the staff again. I'll do my own research and find a store who actually knows what there selling.)
Really incompetent staff, no one seems to have any confidence or knowledge on the products they're selling? Horrible prices and attitudes. Overall weird and passive aggressive atmosphere. Many better options in Duncan save yourself the time
