I bought a concentrate vape at this store and when I opened the box I found out the clerk, Nathan, had given me the empty box for the display unit on the shelf. I called to ask what happened and he basically told me it was just as much my fault for not noticing. Not even an apology. The staff at this store are condescending and incompetent. Spend your money somewhere else
Good selection and great staff! Best to go Tuesday through Saturday though when Lorenzo is on shift - he's the best!
staff very rude on the phone, apparently they are all Managers?..Owner is away till next week. I was hung up on staff argued and yelled and hung up..not good customer service. Waiting for a call back from the owner. What a Merry Christmas with this very bad customer service.
Thank you for the delivery. I appreciated the little candies inside the bag
