Great customer service best prices in town wouldn't go anywhere else but here for my product they keep me coming back with the great service
The best people with the best elite membership, if you break your bong trust me you want the elite membership to help with a new one and it's only a small fee per YEAR which is an incredible deal. The elite membership will save you hundreds on a new bong.
My buddy is in a management position here and he's a super chill guy, that doesn't influence my review but it's a simple fact, the rest of the staff are also super nice and helpful as well though make no mistake. Only place I buy my weed and accessories because their customer service is top notch.
Surprised to see so many good reviews. I've tried to give this location a few shots, and they have just dissapointed me every single time. First time, saw a product in stock online, showed up to be told they didnt actually have it. Second time I called ahead as I saw the product I wanted in stock, but wanted to confirm this and get the actual strain(Tenzo Big Smallz), I was told they had stock and it was Espresso Cndy, which I absolutely love. So I drove down and bought a bag, only to get home and see its not espresso cndy at all its Watermelon Mojo Zktlz. And lastly, today again, I check online stock, drive down to be told they are having online stock issues.
I have been to all 4 locations in London, the one in Woodstock and the one in Stratford and have never experienced these issues.
Such a waste of my time, just unacceptable problems in my eyes. I wont be back.
Love going here! The staff is always so kind and know what they're talking about. The last two visits I had the delight of speaking to Emily. She's such a cheery worker and very easy to hold a conversation with.
