New staff needs training on good customer service
Took 3 times to get me the actual right product and then when I finally got what I wanted after waiting so long I don't even get a sorry about that. Girl seemed very not happy and annoyed like I was the problem for her not knowing what to find. Makes me not want come back here. For the most part workers here are pretty chill and have good vibes so I was shocked by this shitty service
Giving 5 stars specifically for Percy! He's been the most helpful and knowledgeable budtender I've dealt with for a long time! He knows the product, the stock, the percentages; every and any question you have he's able to answer! He should be running the place!!
as long as I see Percy working, I know I'm in the clear for a great experience!
Had a great experience at Canna Cabana. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. Ajay were super helpful — they took time to explain the differences between products and helped me find what I was looking for based on what I wanted.
Pricing is fair and they run deals regularly. Checkout was quick and ID check was professional. Love that it's a local Alberta chain, so it feels more community-focused than big corporate shops.
Completely forgot to write this when I came in 🤣 came in a bit ago and was helped out my Alice!! Was she ever the best!! She definitely knows her stuff and gave some really good recs!!
Excellent selection at great prices! Super friendly staff willing to help out with any questions on bud, glass pieces and accessories! Percy was incredibly helpful and kind! Will be back! ☺️🙏
