Kelsey was amazing to deal with. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She gave me many ideas for a Fathers Day gift and was very informative. I was not sure what to buy and she made me feel comfortable. She really is a star employee.
I come here regularly for the good prices. I always receive good service. One of my pet peeves is getting bombarded before I get a chance to look around and they do not do that here. Everyone is very kind, helpful and very quick. Favourite dispensary in Kamloops. I give a 10/10. 5 BIG BOOMS.
The staff is awesome & so are the prices!! Highly suggest if you're in Kamloops area to check them out. 💛

Cant begin to say how amazing the customer service is. My brand new cart had stopped working all of a sudden and i called to see if i could bring it back, despite losing the receipt. and the incredible employee Divyanah (i believe i couldnt quite hear the correct spelling over the phone, i apologize) went through the transactions and helped find the order number for me.
Beyond incredible customer service and i am incredibly grateful.
