Very knowledgeable staff. I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of various product. Being a boomer , and needing advice on what product i would need for what situation , I found that the staff was excellent. I believe the young lady that helped me was Brooklyn. I will be back
Staff will just hang up the phone on you when you call. Happened 3 times to me I guess when they don't feel like helping they think this is the best solution. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere where the staff care to help answer your questions!
Their weed is so old , I just spent $125 on some bushy ass weed that basically has turned into shake at this point. Wish I could get my money back. Terpenes are not even on the weed anymore. All three weed I purchased literally gave me a headache, smells like someone smoked cigarettes In the house. No kush aroma whatsoever. You guys need to get new shit and stop selling old ass bushy weed, you're ruining the reputation of the brands cause now I don't even get to experience the feel of these flowers. No stickiness to the weed just crumble like oregano
All the staff are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Large variety of products and always new options added. I really can't rave about this place!
The best dispensary in Hamilton because they have Brooklyn. If you even get the chance to meet her, count yourself lucky and in such good hands. Brooklyn is so knowledgeable and on top of that you can tell she really cares about you. Yes, you leave the store with cannabis so your day is already better, but the energy and vibes that Brooklyn provides are a better high than anything you could buy here. This store is so lucky to have her.
