Great online order function. Got my stuff super fast.
I now shop in there to try new things, the staff are very helpful with their guidance. They do their homework. Absolutely great service. Super nice people!!!!

Awesome service! Great prices!
Store is clean and accessable. Staff is friendly enough but lack knowledge. Products are overpriced for the quality. Owner will not own up to any quality issues and very defensive. I do not recommend.

This was an old post when you first opened and I stand by it!
You did not try to make it right, you said " I got what I paid for" which was expired dry crap ( you laid on some story about the store opening delay blah blah blah) . I contacted sun farms on my own and got compensated. The experience was enough for me to never set foot in any of your stores again and this reply years later won't change that or my opinion.
And if you don't want to support YOUR local church or soup kitchen that sounds like a you problem!
Big river canabis takes time to informed me about what i was buying unlike other store that push me out for the next customer..staff his friendly and smart..price matched and a smile..everybody should come here
This Place is better than ever. I highly recommend this place.
