Neat, customer friendly and good price
I was helped by a young lady think her name was Breann, she was very helpful had great knowledge of the product and was always smiling I will definitely be returning to the Scarlett location
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I went in around 10:15 PM, and the cashier was rude and hostile from the moment I walked in. When I asked to see the difference in the size of an edible, she flat-out refused.
The way I was treated made me feel like I was being suspected of stealing. I don't know if it was because I was wearing a hoodie or because of my skin color, but it was uncomfortable and unacceptable. I ended up buying a random item just to avoid any escalation.
Customers should be treated with basic respect, and that was not my experience here. There's a Mary Jane's next door with much better customer service they treat people fairly and without assumptions. I would recommend going there instead.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Good bud at reasonable prices. My only complaint is the container. I couldn't open it even though I followed the instructions. I was on the phone with the girl who sold it to me and I was just about to return for help opening it when I finally managed to get it open. Frustrating and kinda annoying, hence the 4 star review. Container was also way too big for the gram. Smaller easier to open containers would be better. Overall pretty good. I'll be back.
