Good selection and cashier provided great service. Friendly and knowledgeable on their products.
Bad service don't waste your money here. Ordered 28g online and came in to pick up and tried to pass off some other 7g of a totally different strain as what I ordered. Then told me they don't have what I ordered in stock. They said the manager is aware and that they have to update their website but this has been showing on their website for at least over a month. Trying to scam and rip off customers is not cool.
This is my go to location for a few different reasons, but the plus is the staff here are notably good vibes. The two young gentleman that are normally working are so adorable and helpful.
Tonight there was an error with my transaction and they were swift to fix their mistake.
I arrived to the place 1 min before 10:55, so at 10:54, the doors were still open actually another customer followed behind me so he declined two money transactions because he claimed to be closing at 10:55 and it was a minute before and i asked if he could please take us as we already knew what we wanted and had cash ready we did not need to shop and he proceeded to listen to music and i had to knock again and he just responded saying sorry we're closed. Thats horrible customer service and work ethic, not only did he lose to money transactions but made a really bad look for the store itself by closing earlier and not taking the business, i actually ubered from home to get there and I didn't even get to purchase anything. Someone should consider this man that was working, rude ignorant and inconsiderable to customers. Not a good look will never think to put money in their pockets again and i come often cause its my closest dispensary.
Went in there couple of days ago the lady at the front counter. Rude and ignorant not very helpful at all. Just wanted to rush me out of the store because she was on the phone. Not very welcoming at all. Doesn't know products and the things I asking her she not sure about her cannabis knowledge. Worst cannabis store. Need new staff and maybe people who have knowledge of the products. Worst cannabis store ever. This store should be closed down cause all the staff that works here are rude, ignorant and not very helpful at all
