Pretty disappointed with VIP and upset with the JAYS brand. I bought here all the time. This was a bday present to myself, not cheap and it's been a tough year. 800+ puffs myass. 3/4 full and it's no longer working, No replacement offered and JAYS has 0 customer support/service. Used to be my favorite brand/place.... :(
Amazing customer service. The team was very welcoming, and Trinity was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely great to deal with. Highly recommend.

"Been a regular at their other locations, but the Preston store is quickly becoming my go-to. They have the best selection and prices for cartridges in Cambridge, specifically on brands like Community and XPLOR. The staff is always friendly and they actually know their stuff when it comes to terpene profiles and lineages. Super fast pickup times and a really clean, organized layout. Definitely the spot to go if you want quality meds without the high markup."
As a heavy dabber, I am so glad they finally put their dabs in the fridge!! Best dab selection in cambridge no questions asked
