Sign says they'll be back in 30 mins, I called and a real crabby lady answered and told me they're closed indefinitely. When I told her the 30 min sign is misleading she said "I am just doing what I am told" lol
Every single time I come to this shop I see a sign that says "gone back in 15 minutes". Man you guys opened 45 minutes ago, what could you need a break for? Are the employees here ever present? I sure as hell would get fired at my job for being away this often. We expect you to be available and present the hours your business is open. Other businesses have figured it out.
I rarely leave reviews but I just had to this time.
The sales associates at this shop are so patient. The amount of garbage they put up with on a day-to-day basis is crazy. I've been here and seen grown people screaming at the girl behind the counter because she asked for their ID. I don't think anyone so young should be working alone in a place like this but she does a great job dealing with grown adults who don't know how to be polite or behave themselves.
The workers are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always have a solid recommendation ready and waiting. Most of the time, their stock is pretty good with a wide variety of options to choose from just don't go on Wenesday or Thursday morning because that's usually when everything good is sold out. I got a great recommendation from an associate with dyed hair for a multi pack of infused rolls that were so good try the Status ones!!
I also want to add that the recent reviews about a sign being on the door for 15 minutes are ridiculous. Do you expect a person with no help or back up to not use the bathroom for 8+ hours? Give me a break i bet the ones who left those reviews are also the type to scream at a young girl for doing her job.

I came to this store to buy something and found a handwritten note on the door saying "Back in 15 minutes."
That turned into over 30 minutes, with four customers standing outside in -30°C weather like it was some kind of social experiment.
When the staff member finally showed up, there was no apology, no embarrassment and just a terrible attitude. Half-hearted responses, constant sighing, and a tone that suggested the customers were somehow the problem, or not smart enough to be dealing with.
To be clear I'm fully capable of reading a clock, thinking logically, and understanding basic human interaction apparently more so than the person working there. I smiled, said "okay" to everything, and left just to avoid extending the interaction any further.
Overall, the service was impressively bad.
Not just unprofessional, but awkwardly, almost comically bad.
Every once in a while you run into an experience that reminds you the world is a strange place and this was one of those moments.
Absolutely awful service.
Weird group of employees, absolute dhit show of a location.
Some card people who are clearly over 40 , but also dont card the ones who are clearly underage or look under 40.
All I wanted was to buy my weed but because I asked to just be served and not have to entertain conversation I got denied service. Im a customer. Im paying to be served. Its not my responsibility to entertain staff.
