The manager, Natalie, is my favorite part of my visit. She is very friendly and helpful and courteous. You can tell her staff are happy by how great they are too. I visit this location almost daily and Natalie and her staff are why. I highly recommend this location. Pun intended.
Didn't have what I ordered even though they confirmed they had my order ready to go for pick up. Phones didn't work so I couldn't get a hold of them with some questions I had earlier. She really just fluffed it all of like it was no biggie. Won't be back or trying any other location
There is no shortage of places to buy cannabis in Kitchener, but this is the only store I visit, entirely because of the people who work there.
As many other reviewers have noted, product range is excellent & all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to manager Natalie though, who is such a ray of sunshine I find myself popping in to buy something every time I am in downtown Kitchener, even when I don't really need anything.
Super convenient opening hours and a really good app / rewards program too. Love this place
every time i come here i end up getting helped by nat and she always kills it with the recommendations! she's super sweet and helpful and because of her this is the only dispensary i shop at now :)
Just came here for the first time to get a nice disposable vape, had a great time. Exceptional service, thanks Alex!
