If the goth chick hates talking to people so much why work in customer service. Ended up with The wrong product cause she kept mumbling and seemed completely uninterested in serving me
Only gave a second star cause the ginger girl is always extremely pleasant
Went here for the first time the other day and customer service was terrible. The girl seemed so miserable to be there and working. Was looking for a 7g bag and it was as if it was the most painful thing she's ever had to do. As someone who has worked in the industry, that's just embarrassing for the store.
Went here after having a bad time with One Plant Orleans nearby, this is my new regular spot! They seem to hire/train well, the people there know how to talk to you and help. Our budtender was nice and cool, heard out my little Karen sob story about One Plant lol and helped me pick a new vape battery, I don't know her name but she had red locs, super helpful.
Best customer service, best selection, best prices, only place I buy!
Amazing all around. Great service, knowledgeable staff, huge selection, great prices, and amazing vibe in the store. I am never disappointed. Thanks guys!
