I didn't even ordering online because they still don't have it ready for you and they're just standing there doing nothing yeah in this whole thing about arriving and freaking place is closed. I suggest everyone can go to Fiore. They now have a membership program and they guaranteed to undercut everyone in the neighbourhood plus another 5%.
showed up said it was open online drove half hour and it was closed disappointed call first I guess
Ordered online for a 12pm pick up. Got confirmation text from store. Showed up at noon after driving an hour to the store in a blizzard and they are closed for inventory apparently. Said nothing about this online. Called store in apsley no answer. Called bancroft to ask mike what the heck is going on, no answer. 2 hour round trip in a snow storm and I didn't even get my order. Receiving a confirmation text even though store is closed is beyond unacceptable. I drove over an hour each way in a blizzard!!
I remember why i stopped shopping at TheUnderground Stores.
