Horrible experience and service. I forgot my id, offered a picture of it, the lady with glasses declined, I completely understood and proceeded to leave the store, my girlfriend who was with me had her id, and as I was leaving the teller told my girlfriend she wouldn't sell to her because I didn't have id. She was extremely rude talking over us, and insinuating that we were doing something wrong. I've been here many times and everytime he's been a sub par experience. Go somewhere else.
I was just there with my girlfriend who realized she had forget her id, i had mine and i had forgot which kind we had planned to get so she told me before she left, and the lady working told me i was not allowed to purchase anything. I presented a valid id and was turned away from my right to purchase merchandise. Terrible and rude employee and terrible establishment. If i could give negative stars id give -1000. Dont come here. Farmer Janes is absolutely lovely.
Went to the store, haven't smoked in awhile so had a few questions. Was helped by Dana she was very professional and helpful to get me what I needed. Will be getting my product from there from now on. Very good team in that shop.
I'm so lucky to live nearby The Joint and especially this location. I've been a customer for over 3 years and I have NEVER received a negative experience. The staff is welcoming, attentive, friendly, and has great selections. I LOVE the new discount and staff pick labels on the containers. It makes finding my preferences so much easier. Always a good time coming into the store. Dana is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Wonderful customer service - give the lady a raise.
