Roll into this shop and say High to Ryan. Ask about the amazing Ontario Craft flower I introduced today from Sixty Seven Sins, Unit Fifteen and Frost Cannabis. All properly grown fire!!!
Pretty imbarassing service, came in got in line. 2 people that were clearly teens came in behind me a min or so after. Teens Used express tablets (didn't know this was an option, nore did clerk say anything) didn't show any I'd. Got served before me. Clerk said they checked out first. Then I watched them check out. Do better. Employee clearly is clueless of service or the legalities.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I bought a defective BOXHOT cartridge and returned it literally 30 minutes later. Tested the cartridge in the store with the guy who sold me the damn cartridge with 3 different batteries, showing him that the cartridge was in fact defective. I left my info for the owner to sort it out and either refund me or give me a replacement. It's been 2 weeks now, I've gone back to the store twice to ask what the hell is going on, and I still haven't heard back from the owner.
You may be convenient to go to, but I will gladly drive to One Plant in Georgetown where they actually value their customers and honour any defective products!
