Had problems with a disposable they were super helpful and friendly. Matias and Jess were both exemplary workers.
Niki was great, great vibes and absolutely loved her way to describe the products.
I've been coming here for about 4 years, and it's hands down my favourite dispensary in the city. The staff is amazing, they're very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and are also super fun to talk to once you get to know them.
They've also been very kind and accommodating when it comes to disability I have a medical condition that causes involuntary verbal tics that are sometimes curse words, and the staff here has never once made me feel embarrassed or like I had to explain myself. I'm normally nervous about causing potential misunderstandings or confrontations whenever I go shopping, so I was super impressed by how polite everyone was.
The atmosphere is also very clean and tidy, and there's a seating area at the entrance, so your more conservative family members can wait for you and don't have to see the devil's lettuce.
10/10 customer service, and ALSO THEY ARE DOG FRIENDLY
Dealt with Ross today and he was super chill, down to earth and smart!
Will definitely be returning!
They sell faulty products. Don't forget to ask for the receipt at all times because if you don't have an account they won't care and it will be an expensive mistake.
Personnel extremely obnoxious.
