What's the point of having a "loyalty" program that u set up with a Drivers lisence which they have your age and picture. Went in and course I got ID which at every other place it never happens just never go to this one and course get IDed. The girl at the til wouldn't even pull up my profile and use that which I could have provided all my info. Had to drive all the way back home just to grab my id. Pretty inconvenient to have a loyalty and do that to your customers.
This store is huge! They have so many accessories you will always find what you need. They make sure to have what you need and that you don't leave empty handed! The menu is pretty awesome too!
I really appreciate the delivery option, it really improved my thought but I don't like the quality of the flowers/bud I usually get. I'd like to give a higher rating but I feel like weight should be reconsidered or pictures of product should be available, it feels like a total rip off when I open up a bag and see lots and lots of stems caging the weed. I think I lost the bud lottery today 😕
Very poor service. Why not ask for ID upon ordering online rather than in person. Such a waste of time. Live by the book die by the book. And for what? You jokes
The best, and only the best service goes on at this place and i enjoy shopping and being there number one customer, they serve you quickly and efficiently, its like they read your mind before you even came in so these past 2 years and its been great buying from prairie and i enjoy the points system just phenomenal service.
