Poor selection, poor knowledge, overpriced, they also do not carry "competitor" brands because they know that the stuff companies like Bold make are better than their nasty weed.
Go to Spiritleaf Heritage, seriously they carry everything and good pricing across all products.
You won't hear a "I'm sorry we do not sell this product because it's manufactured by a competitor" or "I'm sorry, we cannot sell you this preroll because it's not in the system even though we have them, I am incapable as a human being of manually ringing an item up"

I have been shopping at this cannibus store for a while. It is a place I go back for excellent customer service and great products. I had an issue once but it was handled amazingly. I have endless positive things to say about the people working at Westgate Pops cannibus store. Thank you for excellent customer service every single time!!!! 💙💙💙💙
My wife and I just moved to the city 2 weeks ago. This store is blocks away from where we are living. I have been to this store 4 times now and each time has been been awesome. I have met Scott, Ty and Shelby(apologies if I did not spell the names correctly). 3 out of the 4 times I have had my dog Rascal with me. They all have been awesome with Rascal and each time Rascal gets a treat. I think Rascal enjoys going here more than I do. 😂 Today (Feb 14 2026), was the first time I did an online order. Very simple process. My wife, Rascal and I went in to pick it up and Scott was working. He gave my wife and I these Valentine goodie bags. When we got home we opened them up and they had these beautiful hand written notes in them. I think I am going to really enjoy this store and the people that work there. Thank you for being awesome.
The bud tender guy who is always there, is the best customer service I've ever had at a cannabis store. Awesome prices and great selection. Best in allendale
