Staff is very friendly and helpful. Been multiple times and had a pleasant experience each time.
The manager Tony tells you one thing , then does another. Not very impressed.once I phoned asked for a product, he said yes he had it, when I went to the store he did not have it. Another time I went and there was a sign back in 15 minutes, after a half hour I left. Say they will price match lol Tony will even put product in a cupboard and say I will keep this for you. I stated the day I would be back, Tony said no problem. Called that morning of agreed date ,Tony gave me another bull story He does not care about the inconvenience he creates for people. I take the bus. He also because of his dishonesty cost me money. Believing he had put the product away I missed discount day at the store he was supposed to be price matching. I will stick with Oz dispensary
We went to another store before, the service was super rude, so we decided to go somewhere else and found this gem! The gentleman that served us was really nice and we had a nice chat. He gave us nice suggestion for our need and was kind.
I recommand, plus their price are super good!
First time I visited any dispensary and this place is so awesome, excellent customer service the person gave me great advices and was really friendly. I had no idea what to expect since it's my first time but he made it so easy and smooth. I will be back!!
