DK is amazing! Great customer service!
This is the best store around period. The owner has gone above and beyond to fulfill my orders since I moved here and the staff are so great and friendly I don't buy from anywhere else except store. Thank you guys for awesome customer service and just being good people 🙏
Great store, no different then the others. Everyone complaining needs realize that these issues of defective product or spots on hash or buying year old product......can happen at any store. Anywhere. In any case, the manufacturer or LP is who you want to contact. I had a store refuse to take back a pack of pre rolls from Simply Bare. So I contacted Rubicon and they sent me out a replacement pack plus a 1 free G pre roll. Try contacting LP first. It sucks but that's what will get you a replacement
Would love to give 0 stars , pathetic customer service and management. I have been smoking hash for 10 years , I don't often buy from the government stores but once in a while I don't feel like driving to the reserve I grab a little in town . I tried a brand I had not had before this time , the hash had white looking bits in it. I brought it back and requested something else the guy called his manager and he refused to replace it with something else . They Said it's not on the store but the company . They complained they would be out the money . They said I could leave the hash there with my information and they would contact the company and get back to me . So I bought another one I have had before . The manger doesn't know how to run a business. I just started coming in there this was my fourth time, I live one min away could have been a regular customer once a week instead he would rather lose the business over one sale . Pathetic business sense . Might change the review if he rectifies the situation properly. We will see
Payan was wonderful, the same as every one that has helped me out at this location! I have been smoking cannabis daily for 20 years at least and use high THC cannabis as well as CBD for pain, etc. and Trenton cannabis always delivers at a good price. They have a good selection and they have accessories which a lot of stores are missing nowadays.
