This store does not honor prices showed online creating false advertisement. I was not only charged incorrectly, not offered a refund or an apology if it was in-fact falsely advertised, but to be told by the customer service representative that I am made the price up despite showing a picture of the price online and as I'm walking out of the store yelling at me that she doesn't set the prices online; that is not how I expect to be treated as a customer and will NEVER shop here again. I have never had such a terrible experience in any retail location. I will make sure to share this awful experience every chance I get to anyone who will listen.
Did not realize I could only make one review so here is a new one, Tyler was so helpful explaining all the different drinks and how some differed from others, will definitely be back!
The two girls who helped me today really know what they are talking about. They also make some great recommendations, I will 100% be going to this shop every time now.
I had a good experience overall at One Plant. When we first walked in, it did smell a bit like old beer, and the exit layout was a little confusing. They were quite busy with customers at the time, which may have contributed to that.
That said, once we made our way to the fridge for the cannabis drinks, Greg was really helpful. He took the time to explain the different pricing and sizes, and pointed out that both volumes actually contain the same amount of THC — which was great to know before making a decision. I appreciated him breaking it down clearly and making sure we understood what we were buying.
Good customer service from Greg made the visit worthwhile!
