As always a great store to purchase your recreational needs. Kenilworth customer service is great. There is a lovely young brown haired lady with tremendous customer service skills. One problem though, the elderly lady from king street.... if you need to use discrimination as a tactic to dismiss your shotty behavior and not do your job because there are to many people in the store, for you to handle customer complaints, you shouldn't have your job there, or anywhere for that matter. Shame on you!!
I had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and attentive, the store had a wonderful range of options, delivery was quick, and the recommendations were excellent.
The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly supportive, the store offered a wide variety of quality options, delivery arrived on time, and the recommendations were spot on.
I purchased 14g of animal rntz and it looked like rez weed. I went back and returned it asking for a refund but was denied and told the weed looked normal. It definitely didn't look normal I've been buying animal rntz for about 6 months now and it's usually dense and sticky. I love this dispensery so this sucked.
Sarah is such a great employee! She always remembers me and my general orders when I come in. She is very personable, has great suggestions and amazing rapport... definitely recommend this place based on her customer service skills!
