Wow what a fantastic place to empty your wallet, I can say from experience it's very hard not to buy the store when I walk in and there are staff like Noah who are so welcoming and approachable. Listening to your experiences and your interests, while offering an outstanding understanding of all the product available and suggestions that suite your wants or needs. I've never left feeling like I wasn't taken care of, beautiful atmosphere and even better customer service. Thank you Noah, I think I've found my forever home!
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Noah, who immediately offered to help. I wasn't very familiar with the products, but he was incredibly informative and took the time to understand what I might be interested in. He offered helpful advice and even recommended other brands that suited my needs. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back.
I've been going to Modern Cannabis at Mahogany Centre since I moved to the area about a year ago, and I honestly felt like I had to write a review because of how consistently great the experience has been.
Before this, I never really paid much attention to cannabis store experiences, but the team here completely changed that for me. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to understand what you're looking for and always have thoughtful recommendations.
They've helped me discover products that have actually made a difference in managing my anxiety, which I really appreciate.
Also, they're just a pleasure to talk to. It never feels transactional or rushed. A special shoutout to Chad Driedger, who clearly sets the tone for the team and goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one.
Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area!
I have shopped here a few times, and every time I leave impressed. It is definitely the most upscale and professional cannabis store that I've ever been to. Chad is the most knowledgeable salesperson that I've met in the industry. This guy really knows his stuff and is passionate about the awesome products that they offer. You gotta check out this place if you want fantastic service and great options!
The friendliest staff. I shared I was new to dabbing and the owner explained some differences and offered up some suggestions. Got the Astro Lab PBB on their recommendation and hands down the best weed I've ever smoked. Great place.
