Just walked in to my favourite store and just found out the place was bought by a different company and they up and fired my favourite employees Chris and Courtney, they were the most friendly and helpful staff at any dispensary I have been to in Regina and they were unceremoniously shown the door after 5 years of building the business and clientele. I will not be returning to this store and advise others to think about where they choose to buy because having a friendly knowledgeable customer service expert is something everyone wants and now they've fired two of the best. I also want to share that the 1 star I did give was because it wouldn't post otherwise, I would happily give a negative 5 if it was possible
This is my go-to cannabis store, not just because of excellent product selection, but the staff are wonderful and always provide a safe and happy atmosphere. I was so disappointed when I went into the store on April 15th to have a chat with manager, Courtney, only to find out both her and her husband were let go! Out of the blue! By the powers that be, the behind the scenes suits who "run" Lucid. Horrible news, absolutely destroyed my day. They were the heart and soul of Lucid, Vic East, for so long....unbelievable. Corporate greed is the only explanation for this atrocity.
I'm a regular customer at the Lucid Cannabis store near my home, and I want to highlight just how exceptional the staff and the overall atmosphere are.
The team here is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Every visit feels welcoming, and it's clear the staff genuinely care about both the store and their customers. If I owned a business, this is exactly the kind of team I'd want representing it.
One of the things that makes this location special is that it's pet-friendly. I often bring my dog with me, and the staff always greet him warmly. Staff members' dogs are sometimes there as well, but they are always kept behind a gate in the back area and never roam the store. It's very clear there are rules in place and that the team follows them. I'm not sure of the names of the two big brown dogs that are sometimes there, but they're wonderful and it's always nice to see them.
As a customer, I have never once felt uncomfortable because of the animals. It adds to the welcoming environment. The store itself is always spotless — impressively clean every single time I visit. If pets ever do make a mess (which can happen anywhere animals are allowed), the staff clearly handle it immediately because I've never seen or smelled anything unpleasant. The store always smells exactly like a cannabis store should. The welcoming staff, and pet-friendly atmosphere are why I choose this location instead of going anywhere else as there are plenty of options nearby. ..
As the great president Ronald Regan once said "Mr Gorbachov tear down all other weed stores in Regina" because I found the best! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and fairly good looking. Products are competitively priced and best of all they have a great points plan🔥, dog friendly too! Come on to good to be true let's all go to Lucid Cannabis
This store is awesome, and the workers are very insightful and experienced. The manager Chris helped me and my partner out very much, gave us information that we did not know but surely was beneficial. I loved the energy, the environment, the music!! Genuinely wish everywhere was like this, thank you guys so much!!
