5 stars because Scott is the best, my go to budtender in all of the lower mainland. Friendly, great recs and top notch customer service and attention.
Went in to pick up a well known BC strain I found on their website. Both staff immediately said "we don't carry that" without bothering to check. Thankfully a fellow customer who was looking at one of the touchscreens overheard this and backed me up, saying it's right here on your menu. When the staff went to check their own computer, there it was, on special too. We love it when budtenders have basic product knowledge. So what's going on here?
Staff told us the incorrect price of an item during payment. Later found out we were charged nearly 4x higher than what we were verbally told. Make sure you ask for the total before tapping your card, because you can't actually see the total on a screen anywhere. Emailed them after about this and was ignored.

Kairo has always been a staple dispensary for me since the earliest days of vancouver dispensaryisms, always clean, good staff and one of the biggest selections available!
