It's always nice to visit this little location. The service there has consistently been great. Tonight, Venusto (Vinny) helped me whittle down exactly what I wanted, so I didn't have to go over the super-extensive menu on my own, guessing at what to buy. He recognized I am an OG lol, and with his knowledge of the offerings, pointed me in exactly the right direction. Just tested the product, and it's top-tier. I'm quite pleased (and I'm not easily impressed). Thanks again to Vinny and Hunny Pot for the consistency in product and service. Great local spot~!
Sales agent foster was knowledgeable and broke down products based on what I wanted. I walked in intimated by a vast menu not knowing anything and was helped unprompted, which I was thankful for. Was very friendly and efficient and didn't waste any time. I will be back!
Love how attentive ppl are here but they don't give the best advice on items. Research what exactly you want before going, bc they'll recommend ones for energy, or sleep, that don't work at all for anyone I know.
Otherwise, it's great & convienent to buy oils etc. Prices are high, but still better than other stores. You can also order delivery. The Managers are usually great about any issue at all the locations :)
Lisa is soo wonderful. Definately knows how to handle customers anytime. Happy for the help and this is the best location ever to buy goods even with no knowledge what to buy cause there will always be somebody who can tell all you need to know.
I normally do not leave reviews but the other day, Nyanna really helped me understand cannabis as a first time user. Definitely a customer service experience I'll never forget. Would give 10 stars if i could!
