I cannot say enough about all the goodness in this store. Every single staff member I've dealt with has been welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and fun. An especially big shout out to Ethan! I've gone to several other dispensaries in the region and have found them all to be lacking in one way or another: either they're out of certain products, and or the service is meh. Highland Cannabis is well stocked and you won't find better customer service anywhere. Shopping here is a pleasure.
I've been a regular at Highland Cannabis for the past few years, and I always enjoy my shopping experience. The service is top-notch from the moment I walk in; the gentlemen at the door are always welcoming. The budtenders are on point with their recommendations, and the quality of the products never disappoints. The store itself is kept in excellent condition, with beautiful display cases, concentrates kept under refrigeration, and a large variety of premium tech. And best of all is getting to see my dog on the photo wall; she's passed on but lives on at the shop. Cheers!
Absolutely the biggest selection in Ontario!!! Visits truly feel like being a kid in a candy shopđźŤLots of different products for any price range đź’¸ I left with a smile on my face and free papers !
Absolutely lovely staff. Had Noah suggest some pre-rolls for a relaxing reading week. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable (love the personal recommendations), he knows his stuff!
Came back again today for a few items and through the assistance of a nice young lady with glasses left with; a joint in the shape of a cross, some accessories, and a plan to watch pineapple express.
I've never experienced such knowledgeable, kind individuals with such a love and care for something before. Thank you!!!!!!
Went to this store for the first time today and the staff, I dealt with was very knowledgeable and very friendly and very helpful, the most helpful I have ever gotten in a cannabis store! This my new cannabis store for sure ! Prices are similar to other stores!Also love the way the store is layout! And lots of neat things are in the store. A true potheads dream…••lol•••
