I came in a few nights ago, not really sure what I wanted but Sierra was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect product! Great to see someone so passionate about their work even at 1am lol will definitely be coming back for some late night pick me ups! Thanks again Sierra!
Angelica was absolutely amazing today. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. She took the time to answer questions, gave great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what she does. So some really neat and niche products. I also found the accessories to be really good priced. However some other items are about $10 more than other stores. So it's hot or miss gotta shop around. Staff was crazy friendly.
Sierra at good roots is my favourite girl, always got my back and shows me what I need, couldn't be more thankful that someone like her can always help me out when I'm in the store. She's personable and astoundingly helpful with someone who doesn't always know what they want.
