Shop is near Sherway mall. Was looking for a disposable pen and ended up grabbing a battery and live resin cart after speaking to Ross.
Good sign-up discount.

Best dispensary ive been to, hands down. Clean, organized, the nicest staff, and some of the, if not the very best prices ive seen at a boutique dispensary. They also have great operating hours so ive never really run into a situation where I was out of luck (with a little bit of forethought). The delivery service is sweet too, free delivery if you spend a certain (probably average) amount on products. Drivers are fast and nice, great service.
Big shout out to Ross! He was the first staff I met coming to Fika and has been so helpful on every visit, always has great recommendations, takes a genuinely customer first approach (sharing best deals, informing about offers to help you save, picking a good combination of items, etc), and is just very knowledgeable about the products. Plus he's a very chill dude to talk with!

went in looking for a specific strain, and Khush went above and beyond to help me find it. she took the time to thoroughly check the inventory and, when discussing options, recommended similar products that matched exactly what i was looking for. her product knowledge was impressive, and she made the whole experience feel personalized rather than rushed. excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and genuine care for helping customers find the right product. i'll definitely be coming back.
