DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I have had great experiences in-person at the Whyte location. I ordered online from the 118 location in the morning and hadn't heard anything by 6pm so I called the store twice but no one answered. On my third call someone answered but hung up immediately. On my fourth call, someone answered and told me they were out of stock of some of the items I ordered and suggested some replacements. I approved some and requested a refund on some others. The worker wasn't sure if they could do that so they said they would call back. A while later I got a call from (I think) the owner, and I was told they couldn't refund but could give me a credit to use next time.
I received my order a bit after that. I received an assortment of items, but I thought some things might be missing even after the refunds/replacements. I never got any email with my order details, so I couldn't confirm what I had originally ordered to confirm what had been replaced/was missing.
I emailed the store several times over a few weeks asking how I could access the credit and requesting an invoice so I could compare it against what I received. I sent emails both from my email and the contact form on their site. I never received a response.
I had bad luck calling the store before, so I decided to pop into the Whyte Ave location (close to my house) hoping it would be easier to sort out that way. The girl said as it was a different location she couldn't pull up the order, but she called ..

Last review about the kitten is super misleading. All the staff member asked her to do was pick up her kitten. My dogs are always allowed in the store but the kitten was running behind shelves and she was being very rude all because he asked her to hold the cat. He gave her her wallet cause she was about to leave it behind and was simply bringing it to her. Normally I wouldn't post and wouldn't care but that lady is a complete liar and completely delusional. Staff at 118th are incredibly friendly and helpful. Been going there for 3 years and Shane is awesome. +10 stars
By far, one of the rudest managers I've ever came across, he is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers! Just because I took my little kitten inside the store seeing that there was no sign on the door saying no animals allowed I didn't think it would be of an issue of any sort. He mistreated me and came of very hostile towards me, he even grabbed my wallet as I was trying to get my cat and said I don't want your business anyway and don't come back! As a manager you seriously need to grow up and learn how to treat customers with respect and dignity! After all without customers you wouldn't be in business today! but sadly you fail to understand that concept as a so called manager! If you don't want animals in the store it's as simple as putting a sign up on the door! You clearly have personal anger issues which was clear to see and taking it out on customers over a tiny kitten is of no excuse nor was it appreciated or acceptable in anyway what so ever! It's no wonder why you have such poor ratings it was clear today by your attitude and reaction that you mistreat people on a daily basis! Speaking from my own personal experience I'd say your very immature and ignorant and you need to change how you treat people! Customers deserve to be treated better! Say what you want in your reply but the truth of the matter is customers are always right! And I'm saying nothing but the truth! Shame on you for treating me in the manner that you did!
