I had a great experience at this location. I came by later in the day yesterday. I was having extreme pain due to some medical problems. I was very out of touch and the person who served me was very understanding, he also recommended to me to try CBN (which I had never heard of) since CBD doesn't do much for me, I tried it, and it did absolute wonders for me. So thank you to that employee! I also thought it was hilarious that they have a bong sticker on the wall near the exit, and before I left, he said "hit the bong" then turn left to leave. 10/10 recommend coming here.

Very friendly staff that are willing to answer any questions you have! Everything is laid out well, so comparison shopping inside the store is easy. It's also pet friendly, with treats and water set out! Delivery staff is also phenomenal, I get my order within hours of placing it. Best legal shop out there.
Side note: They don't sell tobacco or grabba.
Haven't been in a while wanted to use my credits in store. Staff aren't knowledgeable about product. No care in appearance on the display. When I was there past staff like Jill knew what was up. Even milky the dog had more knowledge. I couldn't even bring my self to spend the 10$ in credits. Sessions on dundurn was way better experience. Bring back your old staff or start fresh.
