horrible place they lie to their customers about product quantities and when asked to do something about it they threaten to ban you great way to keep customers 😂 WARNING!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST GO TO CANNA CABANA, seriously
Ashley the store manager provides excellent customer service. Five stars until her employee Chris was asked by me for a receipt since there wasn't one in my bag a few weeks ago , needed a reprint because someone wanted to gift me my cannabis. He gives me a receipt with the wrong amount tells me I am the one that didn't put the receipt in the bag , tells me he did me a " favor" by giving me the wrong bill and hangs up… very entitled…I don't work there so I couldn't put my receipt in my own bag .
I'd give this a zero rating if it let me. Donm not bother going here. It's a bunch of twelve year olds that have zero manners and zero respect for their costumers. You'll get ID'd even though you're 20+ their age. Just go up the street to Canada Cannabis for cheaper prices. They took my ID before with no problem and also have screens that allow you to put their products without having to deal with these people. It's never ever busy in here also which tells you a lot. They don't get business because they don't act like a business and they're bought out by a major corporation.
My my TWIN sister has gone in this place before and she does have a government ID, so no loss there for me. If you're too stoned to even look something up, then you shouldn't be working. I understand that government ID is important however I have other government issued ID to back it up plus my co op card tells you everything. Waste of time and energy and money. Co Op in general is too expensive even with a card.
Staff are nice but the prices are ridiculous. The 510 spinach cart I get at Value buds is $26, but here it's on sale for $29 lol. The battery I use is $8 and here is was sold for $19. That's just my issue with shops like this.
Edit: I am a coop member. Still not worth it!
