Great location, amazing staff. Kathra especially is friendly, very knowledgeable of the products and all around an awesome employee. Helped me with the questions I had, even referred me new products to try for the next time I'm in. She Was a pleasure to deal with, and outstanding customer service experience.
Ordered a bag and the sale was confirmed took my money... remembered that product was packaged Jan'26 and I preferred not to take it after all. Long story short, I did this on Friday and today is Monday and still no reversal/refund. No one at the store cannot do this ?? (not buying that bs) I didn't even have the bag in my possession and they still wont reverse the transaction. I spend 5k or more per year, and will not give this place another thought. weed stores are a dime a dozen in Burlington, and I've never experienced this type of behaviour, ever. But, if it so happens that i want to be treated like an idiot, I'll go back!!
The 2 ladies who helped me after I purchased the wrong drinks by accident, (1230pm Wed April 15/2026) were very helpful and accommodating, and got me the right items. I really appreciate the great customer service from them and the company.
Thanks again very much and looking forward to my next visit
