Last time I will ever step foot in this store. Save yourself some time and go to one of the other locations. I've had a few situations where you go there durning regular business hours and they have the sign be back in how ever many minutes. What a joke. Today however went there and it looked like the place is going out of business. The pictures with very limited stock are the Silverado store and the ones fully stocked are from the Shawnessy store 10 minutes after I left Silverado. Silverado store is very poorly managed. I hope someone from High Tide sees how poorly this store performs and makes some changes. Living in Dewinton this location is ideal and it would be nice to support it again. Best one is in eastlake location whomever manages that one should be the Cana Cabana employee handbook author.

Arrived at this location at 10pm, hours on Google maps stated they closed at 12am yet the place was completely empty. Upon further inspection I learned the employee was on a break, for the next twenty minutes. I understand the labor laws and how a break is legally required but the management needs to find a way to disclose to its customers that there gonna be closed or hire more staff. Wouldn't have wasted my time driving to this company had I known I was gonna have to sit for over 20 minutes waiting. Not only that but after reading the other reviews left by people from during the day, I can confirm that management here is either struggling with hiring people or has no respect for its customer base.
Used to be my go to spot but unfortunately a few passive aggressive staff (pushing the elite membership heavily on ppl who clearly don't need it) made it an unbearable experience , showing ID after 6 to the camera and the whole vibe is just awful. Hayden is super kind and helpful but other then that this place isnt somewhere I would spend money anymore , head over to magic buds in Walden for a better experience
