Guri was awesome! Even though it was really busy, he stayed friendly, patient, and made sure everyone was taken care of. He gave great product recommendations without being pushy and really knew what he was talking about. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Thanks for the great service, Guri! Great store. Guri is excellent at handling customers. I see him often and he goes above n beyond, his knowledge of the inventory in the store makes my visits much simpler, I don't even check the website anymore before going in.
I always visit this location because the service is consistently quick and efficient. Moe is always helpful and goes above and beyond to assist customers. He is super friendly, informative, and makes the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this location thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Moe.
Arrived at 10:53 from 15 min away and this employee kept yelling at me that its closed. I told him it's not 11 and the sign says open but he yells at me that it's not his problem and i should've came earlier. I watching him standing outside smoking a joint turn me a away before closing. You guys need to train your employees or atleast monitor them or else you get customer service like this.
