I had a great experience at Canna Cabana in Innisfil thanks to Joecy. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. It's clear she cares about providing great customer service and making customers feel valued. I'll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service. Thanks again, Joecy!
I love going to the Innisfil location! The staff are all so wonderful, personable and very knowledgeable, inparticularly Rodel! His energetic and positive vibe always brings a smile to my face! Always giving the best advice based on my personal preferences!
I would however, love to be able to give the Budtenders a request of products that I've enjoyed and would love to get back in. They should be able to put customer requests in for products!
Looks like Im not the first to see this behaviour. The west indies girl (shameena i believe ) has so much attitude. Think she runs the world. Clearly Im not the first to see this behaviour. I'm a local, been coming since the store was opened. For the most part all employees are amazing. If you dont like you minimum wage job you should quit and not treat customers with attitude.
This place has changed quite a bit since I first started coming here. There used to be a lady manager that was just so miserable and made everything so depressing in this place. Ever since Rodell (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) has been around it has been amazing the customer service has picked up tremendously, everyone's smiling and everyone's super polite, not sure if it's just his vibe, or that he's just so relatable but he has made a 360 change to this place thanks brother and keep the good prices coming to corporate
I always have a great experience shopping here. Rodel & Lily consistently provide outstanding customer service—they're friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Really appreciate their effort. The rest of the staff are also very nice and welcoming
