Had a great experience at this store. Kyle helped me find the bud I was looking for and made sure I got the best deal. He even got me to sign up for elite membership. Will be coming back
Came in and the manager was working he was very pleasant and friendly. The other co-worker though, wow she was amazing to deal with. Very friendly and got me signed up for the elite membership by noticing the flower I was buying would basically save me the difference. It ended up being around $10 more than I expected. She made it well worth it though and i truly hope the manager notices this. She truly did make you guys a first stop shop from now on for me.
Great visit at the store. Got great recommendations and prices too. The manager is really helpful and his customer service is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to answering questions.
Every time I walk into this store, Hailey at the Henderson location greets me with the brightest smile and the kindest energy. You can truly feel how much she cares about the people who come in. She is always ready to help anyone with anything, and what stands out the most is her dedication. Even though it's rare that she doesn't know a product, if there's ever something she's unsure about, she takes the time to look into it and make sure you leave feeling supported and taken care of.
Hailey doesn't just provide customer service , she creates an experience filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine appreciation. She makes every visit feel special, and honestly, I don't think I would have continued shopping here if it weren't for her.

This store is my idea of what a weed store should look like. It isn't splashed full of stereotypical teenage rebellion. I felt like I would had I been going to a boutique type shop spoiling myself with a treat.
Even the products carried seem more dignified. I love the Queen of Bud line. The accessories are pretty and feminine. I'm so glad I stopped in here! Laurence was full of information, kind and non-judgemental to all of my novice questions. And there is no contest with their pricing! I've found my new go-to shop for sure!
